Some believes it originated from New Zealand and was created as an accident, a failed cappuccino. Regardless of its origin and how it started, Flat White seems to be today’s popular choice of coffee.
To sum up what flat white is, it has more coffee than milk. This is where coffee extraction ratio comes in. With Flat White, we believe a 1:2 ratio using an 8 oz cup is perfect for a flat white.
