Our Christmas Blend is a mix of the Sumatra Mandehling, Ethiopia Mount Kayon and Rwanda Gihombo.
The Sumatran based blend has a fruity and spicy notes. The Sumatran beans are spicy, full of dark chocolate notes and earthy tones.
The addition of the Rwanda Gihombo adds a layer of citrus and dried fruits. Ethiopian beans adds the sweetness and to tone down the strength of the Sumatran coffee.
Thus, creating a balanced and harmonious blend. It’s almost like mince pie in a cup of coffee.
