Blending Process: Melange / Post Roast Blend
Aroma: Cocoa, Sweet, Cinammon
Notes: Cocoa Powder, Dark Chocolate, Dried Fruits and Spices
Acidity: Slight dryness, low acidity
Our Christmas Blend is a mix of the Aged Old Brown Java, Ethiopia Sidamo and Brazil Fine Cup. The Rwanda based blend has a fruity and spicy notes. The addition of the Ethiopian Sidamo adds a layer of citrus and dried fruits. Brazil adds the sweetness and to tone down the strength of the Java coffee. Thus, creating a balanced and harmonious blend. It’s almost like mince pie in a cup of coffee.
This is a Melange Blend, also known as Post Roast Blend. It means, we have roasted the beans individually and carefully blended. Each beans have different roasting process and are of different sizes. Therefore, it is best to roast separately. We have roasted the Aged Old Brown Java to dark, and the Ethiopian and Brazil to Medium. Please expect different coloured beans.
